Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every VVS DANCING piece is crafted to perfection. While most orders go smoothly, here’s our clear and customer-first policy in case something goes wrong.


When Returns Are Accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • You may return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • We’ll repair or exchange it at no extra cost.

  • ? Refunds are not issued for any other reasons.

Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive:

  • You are eligible for a full refund.

Custom Designs (CAD)

  • All CAD orders are final and non-refundable.

  • If you choose not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable.


Other Accepted Return Scenarios

Item arrived damaged

Return for repair or get it repaired locally (we’ll cover the cost)

Received the wrong item / size / color

Return it for free — we’ll send you the correct one


When Returns Are NOT Accepted

Ordered the Wrong Size

  • Necklaces/bracelets too small? ? Purchase extra links and visit a local jeweler

  • Too large? ? Have it shortened locally

  • Ring doesn’t fit? ? Resizing available at your local jeweler

Changed Mind or Dislike the Item

  • Personal preferences are not eligible for return

Scratches / Tarnish / Discoloration

  • These are normal wear and tear

  • You can re-plate or polish locally

Loose or Fallen Diamonds

  • We’ll send replacement diamonds

  • Visit a jeweler for resetting

Chain Twists or Tangles

  • This is normal

  • Watch our YouTube tutorial for proper use

Pendant Bail Doesn’t Fit Chain

  • Purchase a new bail from us and install locally

Delivery Delays

  • We are not liable for shipping carrier delays

Production Delays

  • Custom items may take longer — no refunds for delay

“This is not real gold” Claims

  • We clearly indicate solid gold vs. plated in each product description


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact VVS DANCING Customer Support

  2. Your request will be reviewed within 1–2 business days

  3. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid FedEx return label

  4. Print and attach the label to your package

  5. Drop it off at your nearest FedEx location

Important Notes:

  • Declare value between $55–$75 to avoid customs issues

  • Returns must include original packaging

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Customer bears return shipping cost

  • Only FedEx returns are accepted — provide tracking number


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the return

  • May take an additional 5 business days to appear in your account

  • Issued to your original payment method


Order Cancellations or Modifications

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled

  • Orders go into production immediately

  • ?? Even if you contact us right away, cancellation is not possible


Grillz Refund Policy

  • Grillz tooth molds are shipped via Amazon

  • Once shipped, refunds are not available

  • At that point, only store credit may be issued

How to File a Guarantee Claim

  1. Contact support with your order number

  2. Submit clear photos showing tarnish/fading

  3. Ensure the item was part of the original order and eligible for guarantee
