At Dreams Jewelry, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
① All orders are processed within 3_4business week.
② Custom or personalized pieces may require additional time (up to 4-5 business week) depending on the design.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
① International: 7-8 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships.
Shipping Costs
① South Korea: Free standard shipping on all orders.
② International: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free international shipping may be available on orders over a certain value (e.g., $700+).
Tracking & Insurance
① All shipments are fully insured and come with tracking numbers.
② You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
Duties & Taxes
① International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
② We do not cover these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Damaged Packages
① In the rare event that your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
② We will file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues
① We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
① Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your purchase arrives damaged or does not match your order (wrong item, size, or color), you may return it within 14 days of delivery for repair, exchange, or a full refund.
② Non-Delivery: In the rare event that your order does not arrive, we will issue a full refund.
③ CAD Design Purchases: All purchases involving CAD designs are final. Deposits are non-refundable, and if you choose not to proceed with the pendant creation, the sale is considered complete, and the deposit will not be returned.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
① Broken or Damaged Items: If your item is damaged upon arrival, you can return it for repair or take it to a local jeweler for repair, with all associated costs covered by us.
② Incorrect Item, Size, or Color: If you receive an incorrect item, size, or color, you may return it at no cost, and we will send you the correct item.
Non-Returnable Situations:
① Incorrect Size Purchased: If the item doesn’t fit as desired, we recommend consulting a local jeweler for resizing or adjustments.
② Personal Preference: Returns based on personal preference are not accepted.
③ Post-Delivery Damage: We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery. To maintain your jewelry’s condition, wear it with care.
④ Loose or Missing Diamonds After Delivery: If diamonds become loose or are missing after delivery, we can provide additional diamonds for you to have set by a local jeweler.
⑤ Chain Twisting or Tangles: It’s normal for chains to twist or tangle. To prevent this, lay the necklace flat before putting it on, ensuring it sits correctly.
⑥ Pendant Bail Compatibility: If the pendant bail doesn’t fit your chain, you can purchase a new bail from us and have it fitted by a local jeweler.
⑦ Delayed Delivery: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Production Time Extension Policy:
① We reserve the right to extend production times for custom or made-to-order items due to their complexity. Delays are aimed at ensuring the highest quality, and we do not offer refunds if production extends beyond the initial estimate.
Authenticity of Materials:
① We offer both solid gold and gold-plated products, as specified in product descriptions. Please review these details before purchasing. Claims regarding the authenticity of materials, such as “this product is not real gold,” are not valid for gold-plated items.
